Using the elements we collected together and after watching the video again, answer the following questions:

1. How does the four-day work week work?

2. Is it implemented in many companies?

3. What are the advantages according to the employees?

4. Why did the employer decide to offer that to his staff?

Conclude: What about you? Would you prefer working shorter weeks or shorter days? Why?
